Two words I find important:
ser·en·dip·i·tynoun \ser-uh n-dip-i-tee\
1. an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident. 2. good fortune; luck.
des·ti·nynoun 'des-tə-nē\
1. something to which a person or thing is destine : fortune. 2. a predetermined course of events often held to be an irresistible power or agency.
There’s something beautiful to be said about simply meeting people. Whether through mutual friends, common interests, etc., meeting people is something to be proud of. Every day we get the chance to discover something new. We discover things by searching for them and we discover things by stumbling upon them. I believe that for every thing we discover, we are destined to find it. Whether you realize it or not, you learn from every experience you have, good or bad. It may have appeared to be a happy accident that I met someone I fell in love with, but destiny is what brought us together. It’s also what tore us apart, but there’s a reason for everything. You see, for every struggle we face, a challenge is overcome. Maybe your destinies come and go. Maybe they appear for a while, fall out of sight, and come back again. It’s something to wonder about, but it’s something that only time will tell.
